Whole Person Care
Whole Person Care
As a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, I collaborate with organizations, healthcare teams, and communities to integrate whole-person care models—blending contemporary science with holistic modalities—into existing systems of health and well-being.
My advocacy work further drives my mission to improve health equity, making whole-person care accessible for everyone.
Specialty Groups
I partner with families, educators, and care teams to support children and adults navigating complex, chronic conditions like Type 1 diabetes, ADHD, and Autism. Drawing from my background in yoga instruction, I help integrate mindfulness, emotional regulation, self-compassion, and somatic awareness into personalized care and community-based support models.

A whole-family approach to Type 1 Diabetes support—blending in-person coaching with mentorship and caregiving to build emotional resilience, interoceptive awareness, and the support system it takes to live well with diabetes. I work directly with families, caregiving teams (nannies, mannies, grandparents), and schools to help navigate daily life with T1D. I build bridges and connections where there are gaps.
