Grateful to return for my third year sharing yoga, mindfulness, and meditation at the TCOYD ONE conference and retreat—an exciting weekend for people living with diabetes and those who love us.
Movement & Mindfulness sessions are held from 7–8am on Saturday & Sunday.
Saturday will offer a grounding Hatha-style flow to gently energize the body. Sunday will invite deep rest with a Yin/Restorative practice and guided meditation.
Accessible and welcoming for all bodies, experiences, and blood sugars 💙
